Q: What do I need to open a North Central Bank deposit account?

A: By law, we are required to collect a number of items on new account holders when opening an account. At a minimum we request:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Social Security Number
  • Phone Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Government Issued Picture ID

Q: What is the difference between an ATM card and a Debit card?

A: ATM cards can only be used at ATM machines. They can not be used to make purchases at retail stores. Debit cards can be used at an ATM machine and to make purchases in retail stores and online. Debit cards must, however, be linked to a checking account.

Q: Can I receive images of my checks and/or deposit slips through my North Central Bank online account?

A: Yes! North Central Bank does offer this service to our customers. When you sign on to your online banking, the option to view the transaction is available.
